Terrance J. Zawacki
Terrance Zawacki represents clients in corporate and commercial law, litigation, tax controversies, and estate planning. Prior to joining Kennedy Law, Terrance worked for a public accounting firm in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate tax. Prior to that he was the founder and partner of a general practice law firm in Rochester, Minnesota.
Terrance earned his Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, where he also served as President of the National Honor Society in Psychology. Terrance worked in banking and finance before attending William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota on an academic scholarship. There he served as a member of the William Mitchell Law Review and earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Terrance was enrolled in two Judicial Externships, interning for the Honorable Judge Francis J. Connolly at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and for the Honorable Judge George T. Stephenson at the Ramsey County District Court.
Outside of the office, Terrance enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys.
